There’s a new community on the horizon. We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming release of ‘Ridgelea’, our latest development boasting something for everyone. It’s all here up on the Ridge.
Around 1847, a close-knit community of Irish Catholic migrants began creating a new life east of Pakenham. Local families called the area ‘Mt. Ararat’ after the name of the creek and pastoral run. Descendants of these pioneers still live in the area. The 1950’s saw the area’s tourist appeal strengthen. The train line, and later the M1, enabled more people to experience the area’s natural and unique beauty.
Now, you have the opportunity to experience a different way of living, within a connected community set amongst the natural beauty of Pakenham East, with all the modern conveniences you need at your doorstep.
From primary schools to aged care, from active little lives to relaxed older ones, Ridgelea caters for all lifestyles and life stages.
Come and check out the view from the Ridge. But be warned: you may not want to leave!
