Civil works commence at Ridgelea

Ridgelea Civil Work Commences

If you’re one of the more than 1,500 people who has registered their interest in purchasing land at Ridgelea, get ready for this latest update… We are excited to share that civil works have commenced on the site!

The transformation has begun. Over the last couple of months, machinery has been on site clearing old buildings and making way for the brand new suburb of Pakenham East. This suburb is the spot where Ridgelea will become a reality — and a new place to call home for many.

The progress from now and throughout 2022 will be sensational to watch unfold. Project teams are working hard to commence the first few stages, including an intersection onto the Princes Highway. Stages two and three will include a substantial display village.

Located at the gateway to Gippsland, Ridgelea is Parklea’s biggest project yet. The new Pakenham East suburb is set to comprise:

  • 7,200 homes
  • Commercial town centre
  • Two government primary schools, one non-government primary school and a government secondary school
  • Three community centres
  • 44 hectares of parks and sporting reserves
  • Connectivity via pedestrian and cycling paths

With excellent freeway access and a brand new train station proposed on the doorstep of Ridgelea, this community will suit families of all shapes and sizes.
At Parklea, our reputation for delivering exceptional estates for Victorians speaks for itself, with communities including Timbertop at Officer, Kaduna Park at Officer South and Heritage Springs at Pakenham.

Ridgelea will have 3000 lots available for those looking for a place they can proudly call home. The first lots are expected to be released around April — keep an eye out for communication from us to be among the first to know!
