Since 1917, the Facey family has had a profound impact on real estate, business and property development in Melbourne’s South East.
Parklea’s founder, Andrew Facey, is continuing a family tradition that began in 1917 when grandfather Frank started Frank Facey Real Estate in Dandenong.
After many years selling property and directing Frank Facey Real Estate, Andrew’s interest turned to property development and in 1974, Parklea was born. Parklea is now the biggest broadacre land owner in the Cardinia Shire and has residential and commercial developments from Gippsland to the Great Ocean Road.
100 years on, Andrew’s family has seen a lot of changes. With the population in Melbourne’s South East booming, and thousands of families making their home here, he and the entire Parklea team are proud to be a part of building new communities during this exciting period of growth.
